Bid Copilot

Government tenders, read and drafted, for Ontario maintenance firms

The problem

A government contract is steady, repeat work — snow clearing on a base, janitorial in an office building, grass cutting on an airfield, boilers maintained year after year. But to win one, you first have to bid. A bid means a solicitation package that can run 400 pages: forms, certifications, insurance clauses, security requirements, and dates that quietly knock bidders out.

Bid consultants charge thousands of dollars just to read that package and tell you what is inside. So most small firms skip the bid — and the work goes to whoever bothered to read it.

What we do

We watch every federal tender in facility and grounds maintenance from the hour it posts, so you do not have to. When one fits your firm, a one-page brief lands in your inbox: what the buyer is actually buying, what the work paid last time (from public award records), the dates and requirements that knock bidders out, and where your firm has already done this exact work. The brief is free, and it only comes when a tender genuinely fits.

If you decide to bid, we read the full package, build a checklist against every stated requirement, and draft the complete proposal — technical volume, pricing sheet, every form — ready for your review and signature. You supply the facts about your firm and your prices; we do the rest. You stay the bidder; we never sign anything.

Price

An example, from the public record

A snow-and-ice tender for the military housing at CFB Borden: lowest compliant price wins, the bid itself is mostly proof you can do the work plus a pricing sheet, and the one knockout is a mandatory site visit weeks before the deadline. That is a bid a firm already plowing the base next door should win — if somebody reads the package in time and tells them the dates. That somebody is us.

The honest part

The tender data is the Government of Canada's open data — free to everyone, and we say so. What you pay for is the reading, the compliance checklist, and the drafting. Your prices are yours, your firm signs as the bidder, and winning depends on your price and your work. We sell the drafting, not promises about winning.
